| | Well, we honestly aren't quite sure where to start this newsletter. By any measure, it's been a devastating week for many countries around the world. The COVID-19 crisis has seen governments lockdown country after country, crippling the global economy and pushing citizens into isolation. Those in the travel and service sectors have been particularly hard hit. Digitex is an entirely digital platform, but with a team dispersed across several countries, we aren't exempt from the impact of these events. Along with the economic ramifications, the human element is the most immediate for most people. The never-ending news cycles, the loneliness of periods in isolation and quarantine, and the fear for our own health and that of our family and friends are all very real right now. |

So our first message in this newsletter, and indeed on our blog this week, is one of solidarity. Our community has stuck by us through thick and thin. The best way we can show our appreciation for that support is by reaching out to our followers during these times. Our experience tells us that the good times always involve weathering the bad, so come over to our social channels and you'll find plenty of engaged individuals looking forward to an optimistic future. |

Calling the Digitex сommunity! |
Despite all of the negativity right now, there are other reasons to stay positive. Many people are saying that the current situation is helping in other areas, such as reducing pollution and increasing instances of communities helping one another. Not to mention the improved productivity from all this home working without distractions. If you're sat at home twiddling your thumbs, and you haven't yet joined our army of beta testers, then there is no better time! Our Wednesday blog post was a call to action for anyone currently using the Digitex beta to provide feedback about how we can hone the trading experience to be as smooth and engaging as it possibly can. |
We've already been collecting a ton of feedback in the form of support tickets, for which we'll be awarding a few lucky winners one of our exclusive, limited edition solid silver and diamond DGTX coins. |

But there are also other ways to get involved. You could complete our short questionnaire about your own experiences using the beta platform. Or, if you feel like your trading skills are super-sharp, and you have a voice that people listen to, you could consider becoming a contributor to the Digitex blog. We're looking for fresh content created by real traders that will help spread the word about the Digitex zero-fee trading revolution. Sounds like you? Hit us up on Telegram or by email. |

Despite the entire #DFE team having been forced to retreat into an indefinite working from home scenario, you can rest assured that the work to launch the Digitex mainnet on April 27 is continuing uninterrupted. These efforts are plain to see in the latest developer update, delivered as punctually as ever in our Thursday blog post. Work continues on both the visible part of the platform and the back-end. Within the user interface, the developers have been implementing the community decision regarding branding colors that we announced last week. They've also been preparing intensively for the mobile-responsive UI which will be ready in time for the mainnet launch. However, on the back end, the dev team has also been implementing a sophisticated administration panel. This feature is there for the worker bees who will be managing all the back-end operations involved with running a cutting-edge futures exchange handling a high volume of users. There's plenty more besides, but you'll have to head on over to the blog to get the full lowdown. |

Well, that's another week in the life of Digitex! As hard as it's been, another week means we're that bit closer to passing through these times to brighter days ahead. From our side, we're holding out for April 27 when the zero-fee revolution will launch in earnest, bringing the potential for profitable trading to millions of traders across the globe. We love that you're still here with us on this journey. Stay safe and stay healthy!
