Our company specializes in the production of equipment for recycling of plastic, rubber, tires, household batteries, copper and aluminum cables, electronic and electrical waste. The different design of the rotors - in line, staggered or chevron with shear cutting allows the machines to process all kinds of plastic and rubber: drums, containers, pipes, jars, P.E.T. scrap - bottles and pre-forms, pails,plastic chairs and tables, plastic pots and pot holders, plastic pallets, rubber pieces, ABS, PVC, LDPE, HDPE, PP, PS, plastic trays, thermoplastics with glass fillers, plastic bins, plastic bags, plastic pallets, rubber mats, waste from plastic and rubber industry, herbal products ... etc..

Our Copper / Aluminum Cables, Electronic and Electric Waste  Granulators / Crushers are with SOLID ROTOR and this is the warranty for good quality of the cutting process and the quality of the ground cables / waste.


Terms: 50 % deposit + 50 % before the shipment

Warranty:

12 months for the mechanical parts and 6 months for the electrical parts of the equipment, from the date of the delivery (the warranty doesn't include the cutting knives, screen and the servicing). If it is needed to be sent spare parts the warranty terms cover the cost of the spare parts only Ex Works (the price for the transport of the spare parts is not included in the warranty terms). The warranty doesn't include the WEAR of the mechanical parts during the working process!  The warranty 12 months covers the possible broken parts during the working process and NOT connected with erroneous operation with the machines from the side of the buyer. Together with the equipment we will send you all of the needed instructions for startup and servicing plus all of the needed drawings and specifications. Also short video and photos.

Pelletizing is a technology designed to provide uniform pellets of resin, following it's extrusion through a strand die face. Whether virgin or reclaimed material, once the resin is extruded and cooled, the pelletizing cuts the strands at high speed, yielding pellets of a prescribed size for optimal processing in manufacturing environments.
